Accommodations

Camping

Because we are hosting our event on our camp property, free tent camping is available to all participants who wish to use the campsite. Our campsites do not have electricity but bathroom and shower facilites are available at our poolhouse for those who need it. Please note, it is the responsibility of you to bring anything you need for the overnight including your tent. We will have a cafe to purchase food if you'd like.

Cabins

We do have cabins available for use during the weekend. The cost of these cabins are $10. Please note that due to the setup of these cabins, you will have bunkmates. A Scout is curteous so please be curteous to your fellow bunkmates and respect quiet hours.

Hotels

We are conviently located just off of I-65 in Lafayette. Because of that there are many options for hotel accomedations if you'd like. We do not promote or recommend any hotel in particular and do not have discounted rates. Here are some of the many hotels in the area.

Patches

Here are a few of the previous event patches we've done for this event. This years patch was highlighted at the top of this page which feature the entrance to Franklin L Cary Camp along with some of the things that make our camp unique.
